This workshop is a free annex of the CO2Forum and is hosted by SCOT, (Smart CO2 Transformation) a FP7 ROK project to develop a Strategic European Research Agenda aimed at improving the technical and economic performance of emerging CO2 transformation technologies. The workshop will involve five short presentations and there will be plenty of time to have a lively debate among participants.
Some of the areas that the presentations will cover are:

  •     R+D funding priorities and policies: Are the funds well allocated? Sufficient?
  •     Energy policy: Key developments/measures which could facilitate CDU
  •     What are the current barriers and what could policy do to solve them regarding:  CO2 Chemicals, CO2 Fuels, CO2 Mineralisation
